EQUIPMENT > MECHANIZED PNEUMATIC LINE FOR CEMENT UNLOADING FROM RAILWAY HOPPER CAR

We offer developed mechanized-pneumatic system for unloading of hopper (railway car).

The line is intended for bin-free emptying of the car with cement and further transportation of cement to storage place, i.e. cement silos.

Principle of operation of unloading line is based on hopper car unloading with the use of screw conveyors with further transfer by pneumatic chamber pump to cement storage silos. Cement is used for own production needs, including packing into bags for sale.

The line allows operative handling of cement using available railway tracks, on condition of solid level ground provided under the car, with productivity of up to 30 t/hour.

Simple design, high productivity, reliability and easy maintenance allow to pay back invested funds in a short term, without creation of permanent receiving systems.

For operation of this system, compressor of 5 m3/min capacity is required.
